The earth from the satellites is lit up during the night, we see where the greatest use of resources as never before. Japan, the east/west coast of north america, India, China, Europe. These are great population centers where the clash of ideas is happening too, the corporate free lands of the USA. The quality of lifers in Europe, the priveleged of India, the hustling materialists of China, and the homogenous/overcrowded of Japan... coping. Collectively what are we saying to the universe? China and Indias tail wags the dog while the consumption/productivity lays waste to the land, work hard, nose to the grindstone. Europe and Japan stoically handle their own problems, shaking their heads all the while and the USA what are we shouting out to the Universe? Trust us we have been right before? Except that now we are autocratic with the same tribes making all the decisions. I don't think we can trust the combination of autocracy and corporate power. Smacks of the a hierarchy of elitism. And elitists, priveleged as they are with a sense of righteousness beyond any governance, tend to inbreeding. What is the single most important issue of the day, that mankind continues to not put shoulder to wheel on? Conservation of the earths environment. The warners have noted the signs and they are now in evidence. To whom much is given, much is required.
