Gnostic Ascension

Supposing the Truth which resolves all paradox, is unveiled after our continuous calling through the ages, how will the climb to that Upper Chamber be made by the Seeker. To synthesize the raw data, a climb up a well set stone stair should be known, instead of a rickey ol' stairway. No matter how squared away and geometrically sound is that Upper Platform of Universal Truth, the narrow climb is still required. Like the Magical Communal Host, the grafted grape vine, the eternal return and renewal; the adding on of a new lineage is not unheard of, just as the Christ completely reversed the teaching on the eye for an eye, and Akenaton brought monotheism out of a polytheism. Obviously the tabula rasa approach of awareness starts with many belief structures being swept away, and this is problematic... though a time tested means. Conflicting belief structures, as the Seth Material observes, are often a way to confusion, so clarity needs to be established. Just as the Anoited One, clearly established forgiveness as the stopping of the wheel of karma and brotherly love as the Golden Rule of Unity. And as the Trismagisterus established that As Above it is Below. The Buddha the search within, Pythagoras the canons of proportion and sacred Geometry. The Hindu of reincarnation and the Infinite Brahma, dividing into All that Is. And lest we forget that hard to synthesize warning and Judgement Day of Mohammed. The Judaic adherence to purity, and the list goes on....One mountain, many paths...but know that the veil is being removed.

The mystery clad true north

In Masonic Lodges we do not have an officers chair in the north, we have chairs in the east and west as the sun travels such, and a chair in the south so that we may observe our solar companion. We circumambulate our altars with our right hand, the hand of righteousness always toward the Volume of Sacred Law, but as our planet rotates on its axis toward the northern star, we have no light coming from the northern part of the lodge. When a brother is brought from darkness to light, as the hoodwink is removed, we have formed the living horn of the altar around him, and I believe that our elder brothers would look down upon us with kindness as we perform our beloved rituals. The northern polar star which has ever guided the wanderers of this world is a mystery of constancy, like truth.

Religion and stasis

They asked Jesus if a man should crawl back into his mothers womb to be again delivered when he said that a man must be born again to enter the kingdom of heaven. He answered that we do not know where the wind comes from nor where it goes. Edgar Cayces work relentlessly includes reinarnation and karma and he was a God fearing Christian by all accounts. In the Nag Hammadi it is said that the Master made several very Taoist comments. Split a tree and I am there, overturn a rock and I am there. In one passage, the Master says that He has to work very hard to maintain his level of purity and power. What does that imply? Why has the church rejected reincarnation? More importantly why is it unable to modify its tenets. The Catholic church has thrown off the yoke of infallability. Is it true that that religion is unable to evolve. That which is alive must be in a state of change. God is not dead....religion is asleep.

Freemasonry and Christianity

While Freemasonry invites men of all Faiths known to our world to come together as one, its origin and greater appreciation has been from those of the Christian faith. It will unlikely accomplish its divine purpose unless men of other faiths come to its banner. We look forward to the day when Buddhist, Shinto, Taoist and Confucian shall join us. The sons of Abraham are hopelessly mired, it would seem in the confusion of bloody sacrifice, and gematria. Fundamentalism has recently done more to dissuade men from gathering toward this universal objective, with narrow interpretations, orthodoxy and dogma. If the richest, most educated peoples on the earth today are unable to agree with Freemasonry's aim, hiding behind the limits of empiricism and elitism, we can only dream that those who still toil endlessly for the daily bread will contemplate the great ideal of a universal brotherhood of mankind.

When the lion lays down with the lamb

What's so funny about peace, love, and understanding? Elvis Costello had it right. Why does the age when we can live without fear elude us. When would we not have to protect ourselves from the minions, if we want to live. The Zoroastrians and Knights Templar had it right, this is the freewill plane where dark forces have an equal shot at ruling the hearts and minds of souls. As the Experiencer here will be exposed to fear, and sacrifice and love etc. When a soul chooses to adhere to the martyrs path, the terrestial life can surely end, and the violence could continue. And yet if that mindfulness of the hanging man, the Esse, Significator of the mind, the Martyr... If one has no fear of the after life, when one chooses a life of service to others and adherence to the principles of non-violence, how can that Great Way be considered ineffectual, it is unyielding in passivity..the avoidance of fear, the adherence to principle. What nation can be governed by benevolence and standing armies also, when the bread of the nation is wrougth from the resources of the earth. In this world those who seek power are born to every nation, and many born to seek service to others become confused. And through it all, over many lives, the vibration of each is established, that is the constant. If you believe...someday the carniverous will not incarnate with the herbivour...maybe the lions will lay down with the lambs. Some would say when hell freezes over.

The Living and the Dead

Its interesting to consider that the way Harvest is said to occur, those dead of these cycles are sorted for vibration at the end of the 3rd 25000 year cycle. In OAHSPE, the heavens are multifaceted, so if all these souls are to be assessed, as to grade, the system for doing this must be very interesting. I wonder what that is like. We know that Jehosuah said that to gain the world of spirit, one must dispossess the material world. In Buddhism that is similar to the concept of grasping. To live in heaven you have to forgo the temptations of selfishness, or be dead to the world as it was once comppared.

Grassroots enlightenment

It is debatable whether in the past man has had any times of uplifting in consciousness which reaches even to the common working folk. Man has generally had little time to consider the Creator/creation taking time from his toils. He must have therefore usually preferred to let the Priests, shamans and philosophers tell him what he needs to know. This limits his choices to whatever brand is nearest him. Now with the internet we have a worldwide explosion of information plus much of humanity fortunately has more time to consider the infinite mystery. That is fundamentally new and so a grassroots enlightenment is welling up. That is a good thing as far a choice is concerned, truth will have out eventually, I think, as it generally agrees with the intuition of the seeker.

Logic and Infinity

In most schools of mystery, logic is applied to distinguish the boundaries of the theory. This satisfies the question of integrity. One problem with this is that the delineations of the theory then are bound by logic. If we consider infinity, and we can almost accept that the Creator is infinite like time/space, we bump up against our preconceptions of order and probability. We are learning through quantum physics that these limits on reality were overly simplistic, so isnt it time we broaden out our thoughts on infinity a bit and what could be possible, instead of spending our mental energy overly focused on unimaginative logical discussion of the mundane. It may sound crazy but what the hell.

Judgement Day

The catalyst we experience now is categorized often here as the fight of good vs. evil. I myself while trying to see beyond the fear generated by those in power, still characterize this catalyst as such. The war is about thought, according to Quo, on L/L website...that of fear and contraction vs radiance and blossoming of love. When each person has had adequate time/incarnations to make the decision of polarity service and attained the grading of purity which he/she will carry forward, into the next cycle. Most of us will repeat the grade of choice, called by Ra the 3rd density, some of us will form a collective/memory complex of souls and be shepherded into a new age called the 4th density by Ra, where polarity exists but interaction between negative and positive is not necesssary for work to occur. This is another way of saying that the earth will indeed bring in that long foretold new Jerusalem, for the earth will be positive and each will know the nature of each. The metamorphosis would be great indeed and wouldn't we strive to be found worthy to enter, and isn't it good that it is here even without our coming together as a species. The great Infinite Intelligence separates wheat from chaff, and even the chaff will again be turned into the ground for another cycle of growing. As always no proof of any of this will ever be found, by the early evolving sould, for faith requires the veil.

OAHSPE, Angels and Demons

If you have read the volumes which have primarily dealt with the condition of man on his upward spiral upon the breath of the Infinite Intelligence and found those winds which resolate with your being, perhaps you would enjoy a book which proposes themes about higher hierarchies. OAHPSE, with its higher heavens and lower hadas, false dieties and avalanzas, might interest you. Considering the vitality of the Infinite time/space and that order naturally comes from love and freewill, it is not farfetched to consider that the Angelic ambassadores of Jehovih span the Creation. And also that the Daemons of confusion sit upon thrones meant by willing prostrated souls for the highest high only.Free your Mind.

Sparks of the Creator

If everything that exists is made of Gods energy, and if in the beginning was only God, then everything that exists, both seen and unseen is Gods making out of Itself. That means ultimately we are sparks of God, made of God stuff. So all that exists, good, bad, indifferent, animate or inaniminate is also, and so when we look in the mirror we should see the Creator, and when we look at eachother, we are looking at reflections of ourselves, just distorted by freewill into other forms. So compassion is the logical choice for one who is attempting to love self. In Freemasonry we see that all mankind is the creation of God and brothers to eachother. To hate or fear one another is a form of self loathing. Could it be the Creator is getting to know itself.

The Ark of the Covenant

One interesting bit in the Ra Material is the story about the Ark and its contents. The suggestion is that the Ark contained, not two stone tablets with ten commandments but The Scroll considered by Moishe, most holy, and other accounts, of the beliefs concerning the Creation, whereby the Priests could draw power and feel the presence of the Creator. However it is to be noted that the entire arrangement was designed not by the one known to the confederation as Yahweh, but rather by negative entities preferring this method of creating an elite called the Sons of Levi. The results for the negative however were mixed, as this object of power, became completely positive, as originally given by Moses, to those in harmony with the experience of service to others, untarnished by unrighteousness and separation.
It is the same case in all of our orthodox religions, which are all now somewhat mixed in orientation, yet which non the less can offer a path to the One Creator for the pure seeker. It is also said that the Ark is still in existance.
