The Emporer

Experience of the Mind, the 4th arcanum, emphasizes the nature of the veil, as perception is ruled by bias in the freewill plane. One who has chosen the negative path, will channel and interpret catalyst through the filter of service to self. Whereas if one has chosen the right hand path, catalyst will be viewed choosing the vantage point of service to others. In this way, the veil while impartial offers acceleration, to the polarizing entity, through self selecting catalyst and interpretation. As the entity polarizes too, the experience will more and more relfect the chosen service path. This according to the Law of One Book 4.

Serrendipidy and coincidence

As we are aware, there is the world of cause and effect. There is also the world of more seemingly random occurrence, which it is said is that from which the spirit speaks to the conscious mind. The pendulum has swung toward the limit of what the empirical world can present, and now leads us to integrate science back into the knowledge of antiquity, of spirit, as we begin to see the spirit at the center of the physical and consciousness as the root of the material world. To feel at all times part of the unity of All That Is, that's being open to the magical personality within. Watchfulness is required, to note reflections of self and messages of spirit around us.

The Nag Hammadi Codex, Gnostic tradition

The Nag Hammadi Library is required pondering for any gnostic student of the mysteries, I think. Such a shame that the early powers of the common era destroyed many of the texts of antiquity, from the Mayan civilizations, the Egyptian Alexandrian library, the Gnostic (Knowledge) and Cathars of Europe, and on and on, these errors are a stain which can't be removed. What truth has the need to shut out the light of competitive thought? The Christian/Hebrew/Islamic school of thought is often concerned with the sacrifice and ultimate judgement, while more ancient considerations dealt with mystical traditions and origins, the evolution and unity of the essential spirit. It is a lucky thing that the works of the Greeks survived at all, Thales, Heraclitus and Pericles among those most aligned with the Law of One. The mysteries of Freemasonry have much to do with the Gnostic tradition, know thyself, being the great admonition.
