Truth is the most powerful of all. No claim to it is made here, thoughtful and intuitive scrutiny is however encouraged.

White Magic and Psychic attack
The principle behind any ritual of the white magical nature is to so configure the stimuli which reach down into the trunk of mind that this arrangement causes the generation of disciplined and purified emotion or love which then may be both protection and the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity. This from the Law of One Book 3. This hearkens back to the principle that to fight those negative powers, or the worthy adversary as L/L research refers to them, back to equilibrium, the power of love of all that is, is used, which destabilizes them. So if you're afraid, love in the mind, prayer, and workings. Fear is that which feeds the dark side, and its promotion is often what is sought. Isn't it interesting, we usually consider material things to be what is sought by usurpers. Apparently in the spirit world, on the side of that which is not, it is the desire for control of others, dominion, which enables one to build up energy in Separation. So Love does conquer all. And as the Creator is Love/Light Power/Peace it must be some challenge when at the height of power in darkness, one finds there is no further to go except to revert to the radiance of that which is.

Freemasonry and Environmentalism
We tout ourselves as the fraternity with the highest regard for science. If this is true then we should be in the vanguard of societies attempting to address the issues confronting this planet as regards carbon emission caused greenhouse effects. Our Grandlodges could make a statement to the world that we consider this to be the greatest problem confronting the brotherhood of mankind now and for the foreseeable future. Every change in thinking required of man causes consternation to the order of the day. Why do we have to wait for governments to make statements, and adopt policies, when the experts.... the scientists, tell us overwhelmingly that this problem is real and getting worse. When we look back, 50 years from now, and ask if any social society called for change, will we be found wanting? Now brothers I know many of you think you are capable of expertise in atmospheric science and solar phenomena, but then you may consider yourself expert in other less exotic mechanics too, like auto repair, does that mean you never visit a qualified mechanic; or an M.D. for your body. This science is forecasting out decades, but the evidence is clear. Lets take a stand, lets be a voice in the wilderness for science, just as the Royal Society was once.

Living Stone
The Great Pyramid, the original wonder of the world, still has not been explained. Even today with all our technology, we could not produce such a wonder, without exhaustive use of time and resources. And it would have to produce serious revenue for us to bother. Edgar Cayce said in trance that the pyramid was made by the same power that could make iron to swim. Ra notes that because all is consciousness, something called infinite stone can be made to manifest in the beingness of our physical world. That it was produced for initiation and as a planetary balancing pyramid. And that the reason for its apparently being of block, is that to produce it as one mass would violate freewill by demanding that mankind believe in infinity, which would be an abrogation of that principle law. All I know is that the sacred geometry which is apparent in the outward dimensions is amazing. The inner design has been suggested to be mathematical oracle for mankinds spiritual evolution, also confirmed by Cayce. There are more things in heaven and earth, Horation.

Death with Dignity
I have to applaud Masonicare of Ct. for establishing a six bed hospice unit at the center. Never has there been a time when this movement was more needed. Working in health care, I can assure you that we can keep people on life support for an inordinate amount of time. Such a long time in fact, that the ethics of the situation, favor more the right to die, than that of sustaining the physical vehicle. What we lack in this country is the return to faith amongst the medical community, and the protections needed to properly allow for an end to the souls use of its physical vehicle and return more closely to the Creator of all. Most MDs, abide by the mantra, that "life is the only game in town." This of course is not meant to minimize the dilemma, as a family member faced with the ultimate decision, at a critical moment in the loved ones struggles, is asked " Do you want us to intubate, or provide CPR."Death, is no longer viewed in a healthy manner, it is considered, apart from the continuum of life, apart from birth, which is merely its flip side. People are more afraid to die than ever, knowing that the hospitals and family may disregard their wishes and living wills, that is an affront to the individuals rights. Never mind that it is playing its part in bankrupting the country. Families are spread widely in this country, often it seems that the more distant the family is, the greater the desire to do everything possible to keep the loved ones body viable. Just think how illogical it is, that we are now fighting a host of antibiotic resistant organisms mostly because we are unable to have an ethically conclusive discussion on the right to die. Just goes to show, that faith and science have not been reconciled. How immature we continue to be as a nation, that it has taken a grassroots effort to move towards death with dignity, as the powers that be continue to hamper the effort. Give a person the chance to live, or give them a chance to die.

Liberty,Equality,and Fraternity,still relevant?
Freemasonry continues to have a culturally and religiously exclusive approach in this society. We continue to give new brothers Bibles, without asking their preference. Importantly, it is well known that we do embrace men of all faiths, I merely point out that in practice we do not enforce the standard. We should offer other Volumes of Sacred Law. We continue to suggest that the body will be resurrected, when every new age bone in our body knows that the soul is immortal and doesn't require a body. We continue to be insular, to men of other religions and other cultures for members, and we don't make a serious effort to understand other religions and cultures, who now live in the communities where our near empty lodges go fallow. The Sikh and the Sufi, the Buddhist and the Hindu, the Zoroastrian and the Pantheist, all of course have perfectly legitimate belief structures which do not conflict with Freemasonry. Why are we reticent, simply because most of us believe in the teachings of the Master Jehosuah, to vary from the formal religions tied to their ancient dogma? This is a major stumbling block to the growth of the Fraternity. Someone once said you can not have two Masters. Primarily I believe that men from other cultures who would like to mainstream, have a perfect vehicle in Freemasonry, and we should somehow make it our mission to attract them to our society. Maybe they won't join right away. But maybe their sons will. The prohibition against so-called "recruitment" has to go away, before we go away.
Traveling Upon A Level Of Time
The need/ability to deal with other people is one of the quickest ways to evolve. As our physical vehicles weaken, we empathize and can feel love for the otherself experiencing pain and limitation of the aging body. We are self-sufficient and yet the sharing of this sympathetic emotion is as important as the synthesis which occurs in solitary meditation. In lodge we have men of all ages, bound by our common ties, and we learn from these elders, who provide us with something akin to a mirror. These brotherly concerns offer some of the best catalyst for the evolution of the soul, who are choosing to be of the polarity of service to others. This idea is premised upon the idea that we are reflections of one another, that there is no real separation in all that is, all part of the Infinite Creator. That by freewill, seeing through the illusion of separation, that we are all traveling upon the same level of time, toward that undiscovered country, from whose borne no traveler returns. And if it were not so, we could not develop faith, for we would have proof of the Great Spirit. So that's a bit of a ramble.
